Can I order my ring in a size that is not listed?

Yes, all our rings can be made in half and quarter sizes. If your size is not listed, please email us at jewelrybyashira@gmail.com for assistance with your size request.

Payment

All transactions are processed in USD. We accept payments through Visa and MasterCard, including both credit and debit cards. Additionally, you can make payments via PayPal. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact us for detailed instructions.

Production

All of our items are made to order and usually take 5-9 days to finish depending on the design. After production, shipping usually takes 3-7 days.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be shipped in an padded envelope to ensure protection during transit. Jewelry items are packaged in an Ashira ring box for an elegant and secure presentation.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our jewelry typically takes 5-7 days to produce, as each piece is handmade to order in our studio. After production, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

VAT / GST / Custom Tax

We do not charge VAT or GST for orders shipped outside of India. Customers from all other countries are responsible for paying any local taxes or duties as required by their country of residence.

Certification

We provide certification for each product to assure you of its authenticity and quality. This certification guarantees that you are receiving a genuine, high-quality item.

What kind of diamonds do you use, and where do you source them?

We typically use natural diamonds. On request, we can use lab-created diamonds or moissanite as the center stone. For custom or customized designs, we source stones to fit our client's budget and design preferences, providing several options with their respective prices. All our diamonds and gemstones are sourced from reputable dealers who follow ethical sourcing practices.

Can I engrave my ring?

Absolutely! We can engrave the inside of most rings with a date, initials, word, or note for an additional $50.00 per ring. We can also customize certain rings with exterior engraving for an additional fee, depending on the complexity. Do custom orders cost more?
